Honours Board

A new name added to an old board and the first, since 1751, to be a woman's. The letters were cut, given an enamel undercoat, sized and gilded.

Greek inscription

The inscription tells us that the carver of the original ancient Greek statue, the 'Calf-Bearer' or 'Moschophoros', was Rhombus.
